Core Service Offering:

• Formal kick-off meeting with management/leadership team responsible for the development of the students.

• Baseline testing assessment of students to ascertain skill-level, identify knowledge “gaps”, and tailor a curriculum.

• In-person bootcamp (6 hours of instruction, 1 hour lunch).

• Follow-up design/drafting exercise.

• Individualized close-out email to management/leadership summarizing what was covered in class, what individual feedback was given to the student, recommendations for on-the-job follow-through and reasonable expectations for self-teaching by the student.

• 90-day check-up call with student and management/leadership.

Follow-up “bootcamps” covering more advanced topics can also be organized for return students or more established employees.
